We offer a variety of individual sports (no team sports). Unity College has
several spaces for outdoor archery ranges, as well as an indoor archery range
for rainy days. For kayaking/canoeing, campers are on Unity Pond, less than a
mile from the main campus. Unity College also has many trails on their extensive
campus for mountain/trail riding. Yoga, fitness, martial arts and the rest of
the sports are all taught by our talented staff, with the emphasis on skill
building and personal growth, rather than competition.
