Thanksgiving Care Package

Thanksgiving in a Caring Community

This past weekend I had the opportunity to learn what a caring community I live in. For families who struggle to put enough food on their tables, the holidays can be especially difficult. The Caring Kitchen in Delray Beach organizes a tremendous project, supported by churches and synagogues and other organizations in the community, to provide Thanksgiving meals to the needy.

They know they’re recognized and cared about, they know their voice is heard, and they know their feelings are respected. Billy Elliot: A Summer Arts Camp Inspiration
